Vintage Manco plated baluster vase with fluted edge. It stands approximately 6.375in tall and measures about 3.25in across the top. The base is stamped “Manco Plate” and “Made in England”.
Although intact, the plate is slightly mottled in places. Exact age unknown but it is believed that Manco Plate was produced as a silver substitute by William James Myatt and Co from the latter part of the nineteenth century until some time in the last century – this piece probably dates from the 1920s onwards.
