A vintage decorative solid brass prayer fork (probably Tibetan) with handle in the form of a dancing female figure.
The tines of the fork are out of kilter and the fork gives a dull sound rather than a ring when tapped, and so this item might not have a practical use as a tuning fork. However, this fork would make a stunning and effective desktop deskweight.
The fork measures just under 8.75in from the finial/top of the figure's head dress to the tip of the tines. Exact age unknown but believed to date from sometime during the first part of last century. Weighs just under 115g.
