A vintage, possibly antique, cut glass dish mounted on an electroplated (EPNS) mount and standing on three bun feet.
The dish itself has no visible chips or cracks. The EPNS shows some evidence of tarnishing in one particular place and there is a small bit of damage to the rim. Otherwise, the piece is structurally sound.
There are makers marks to the EPNS base which appear to be for AA but we have been unable to date this. The rim of the glass bowl is patterned as are the sides and base. The mount itself has a sort of pie crust rim.
The bowl measures approximately 5.125in in diameter at the outer rim, and about 4.75in in diameter at the inner rim. The EPNS mount measures approximately 6in in diameter and the whole thing, bowl and mount stands approximately 2.5in high (including the bun feet). Exact age unknown but probably dates from the earlier part of last century.
