Small vintage inlaid copper pin dish or desk tidy, thought to be Middle Eastern in origin.
The dish is inlaid with white metal Islamic type symbols and it has been given a light cleaning (in order to retain the patina) but might benefit from further cleaning (depending on the buyer's tastes).
There are a few age spots. There is a pin or nail mark towards the rim of the dish where presumably the previous owner had hung the dish on the wall.
The dish measures approximately 4.125in in diameter and weighs just under 110g. Exact age unknown but possibly dates from the middle of last century or a little earlier.
