A small antique cuticle pusher with English silver handle, being hallmarked, we believe, for Birmingham 1909. We couldn’t find a Silversmith mark but the hallmarking is tiny.
The shaft is marked STEEL ENGLAND and is subject to some oxidisation which we have tried to show in the photographs. However, the implement appears to be otherwise structurally sound. The silver has been lightly cleaned, but might benefit from further, more expert, cleaning.
The cuticle pusher measures just under 4.75in in length and given its size, is a remarkable survivor! Weighs just under 11g.
